Join us for a fun-filled family reunion at The Legacy
with face painting, a corn hole competition, bouncy house for the kids,
and a variety of games and activities for all ages! It’s a celebration you won’t want to miss!
HAIRSTON-GALLANT FAMILY REUNION SATURDAY FUN DAY EVENTS
TIMES
Corn Hole Toss Competition 10:00 am
($10.00 fee to enter WINNERS GET HALF THE POT)
Ladies Tea Party 11:00 am
(HELD INDOORS OF OUR FACILITY)
Relay Games for the day will begin. 12:00 pm
Potato Sack Race ( choose a partner)
Three Legged Race ( choose a partner) 12:30 pm
Egg/Spoon Relay. 1:00 pm
Backwards Runner Short Relay 1:30 pm
• Musical Chairs will be randomly called throughout the day *
THERE WILL BE GIFT PRIZES FOR WINNERS OF EACH EVENT FOR THE DAYS EVENTS. THERE WILL BE A SIGN UP SHEET FOR EACH RACE WHICH IS FOR THE YOUNG AND OLD ON FRIDAY NIGHT. SO PARENTS PLAN TO PARTICIPATE WITH YOUR KIDS OR GRANDKIDS IN THESE EVENTS AND ENJOY THE FAMILY FUN.
• There will also be the Manns Snow Cone Truck on the grounds for cool icy snow cone treats. First 100 are free by way of the family be sure to arrive on time to get your free SNOW CONE !!!
• CAILEE BELLES SWEET SHOPPE TRUCK will also be on the grounds for funnel cakes, popcorn etc. THE FIRST 50 are free by way of the family with powdered sugar and one topping of your choice. Be sure you arrive to get a ticket for your FREE funnel cake.
• MEMORY LANE PHOTO BOOTH will be on site to take mini pics just like at the fair or parks. You may pay $10.00 for group photo 5/7’s and printed on site. Note there will be an announcement made for the family photo ETA 2:00pm BE READY !!!
• THERE WILL ALSO BE FUN FACE PAINTING DONE AS WELL BY SOME OF OUR VERY OWN FAMILY MEMBERS.
FAMILY DINNER WHICH WILL BE CATERED BY P&P CATERING!! WILL BE SERVED AT 3:00 pm. So please if you have NOT paid for your meals get those funds in asap our dead line for a headcount is here. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS THE WEEKEND OF THE REUNION OR THE WEEK LEADING TO.
There will be EMERALD WATER SLIDE ON THE GROUNDS FOR THE YOUNG AND OLD TO ENJOY. SO BE PREPARED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND CHANGE OF CLOTHING. (PARENTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN CHILDS SAFETY!!! )
There is also a pond for the average fisherman to enjoy at the entrance of the venue. YOU MAY FISH ALL YOU LIKE BUT YOU MUST THROW THEM BACK. SO UNDERSTAND ITS FISHING FOR THE SPORT OF THE DAY ( Catch and Back they go). That also means bring your own fishing gear. AGAIN PARENTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE OF YOUR OWN CHILDS SAFETY!!!!
THE EVENING WILL END WITH SINGING from THE HAIRSTON FAMILY AND MUSIC AS WELL AS ENJOYING OUR FAMILY LOVE ALONG WITH DJ JAMES STRAWN. We here in VIRGINIA are so excited to see everyone coming in for this great weekend of family fun.
Remember to bring your tent and lawn chairs if you wish💙
Family Gathering Feast: 3:00 PM
Family meal consists of: Chicken (baked and fried), Fish, Mac & Cheese, Pasta Salad, Baked Beans, Green Beans,
Lemonade and Tea – with various desserts made by family members.
MEAL COST: $30 Adults / $15 Children ages 12 & under
All meal costs are per person.
Reunion T-Shirts: $22 per shirt

Memorial Service: A heartfelt Memorial Service will be held at Greater Love Ministries to honor and remember our beloved family members who have passed on, leaving behind cherished memories and a lasting legacy of love. The reunion choir will be singing.

Family Reunion Choir
Dear Family,
As we prepare for this year’s Family Reunion, we’re excited to invite you to be a part of the Family Reunion Choir! Let’s come together in song as we celebrate our roots, our love, and the memory of those who came before us.
Rehearsal Dates & Time:
Saturday, July 19 at 6:00 PM
Saturday, July 26 at 6:00 PM

There will also be a brief rehearsal on Friday, August 1, following the family auction at The Legacy of Hatcher Farms, when all family members are gathered.
The choir will sing during the Memorial Service on:
