A reunion isn’t complete without everyone, so we genuinely hope to see your happy faces. Please make plans to join us so you don’t miss out on the fun, delicious food, and meaningful fellowship.

Hairston-Gallant Scholarship for 2026 High School Graduates and 2026 Graduate Recognition: Please fill out forms on the family reunion website. https://www.hairstongallantfamilyreunion.net/scholarship.html and https://www.hairstongallantfamilyreunion.net/graduate-recognition.html Deadline for Both: July 12, 2026
- Meet & Greet at 3:00 PM
- Business Meeting at 5:00 PM – Please note that it is election year.
- Family Reunion Membership Dues - $20 per family member. Please pay dues prior to the family reunion or no later than Friday, 7/31/2026 at the business meeting.
- Auction at 6:00 PM - Please remember to bring Auction items and your money to bid.
- Saturday Family Dinner, Fellowship & Fun- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Attire: Black Tie Affair, Roaring 20’s. Golf Theme (Polo/Khaki Pants/Skirt) or Business Casual (No Jeans or Shorts)
- Deadline for food money is June 30, 2026. $35 per person is the cost for ALL.
- Please mail and pay via Cashier’s Check or Money Order (Payable to Hairston-Gallant Family Reunion)
- Sunday Morning – Memorial Service at 9:00 AM
