Hairston-Gallant Family Reunion 2015

Welcome “Home” once again, family. Come one, come all to fellowship, reminisce, exchange memories, have fun and enjoy each other. Yes, the time is drawing close for the gathering of family for the reunion. We are looking forward to seeing everyone July 31, 2015 – August 2, 2015.
The reunion will be centered at the Quality Inn – Dutch Inn on hwy 220 business in Collinsville, VA. 50 rooms have been blocked off in reservation to the Hairston-Gallant Family Reunion. The cost for a room is $65.33 per night (tax included). The price rate is good until July 23, 2015. We urge you to make your reservations as soon as possible, by contacting the motel 1-276-647-3721.

The banquet will be held at the hotel a 6:00 pm. The cost is: $25.00 for adults
$13.00 for children 11 & up; $6.50 for children 10 & under; children 3 & under is free.
The menu consists of the following:
Prime Roast Sirloin of Beef
Fried Flounder
Shrimp Creole with Rice
Tossed Green Salad
Country Style Green Beans
Petite Buttered Carrots
Stuffed Potatoes
Peach Cobbler
Coffee or Tea or Soft Drink
Sunday, August 2nd will conclude with the Memorial Service to be held at the hotel. The breakfast begins at 8:00am: service will follow at 9:00am. The cost for the Sunday Breakfast is:
$12.37 for Adults
$6.20 for Children 4 - 10 years, 3 years and under is free
We pray that everyone who comes will participate. The deadline to pay for the meal is July 17, 2015. A head count must be submitted by July 29, 2015.
Monies for your meal should be sent to: Bubbee McGhee, 140 John Spencer Rd., Martinsville, VA 24112. We can only accept cash, money orders and cashier's checks made out to Hairston-Gallant Family Reunion.
